How much are the Shipping Charges?

We provide free shipping services on the books, which are purchased for the total order amount of more than Rs. 100. Otherwise Rs. 30 is charged as shipping charges. Outside india, we have a flat rate of Rs.500

What is the estimated Delivery Time?

For In Stock books: For these books, if an order is placed before 12 noon it will be delivered within the next 10 business days. Orders placed after 12 noon can take up to 12 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Also note that this doesn't apply to bulk orders.

For Out of Stock books: Currently we do not have these books available for sale. Please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once the book is available for sale at applebooks. Org With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once the book(s) are shipped, you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

What about other taxes and levies like sales tax, octroi etc.?

What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Do you deliver to locations outside India?

Yes. Currently we charge Rs.500 as shipping charges outside India.

What do I do in case; I receive a defective/damaged book from Applebooks.org?

If something goes wrong with the books being shipped by us, then definitely we would consider as our responsibility in replacing the books with the defects with a new one in good condition. We would respond and react ASAP, on seeing your email, making a complaint on the same. Our customer support department would be always happy to serve you, if you contact them via our email id: cs@applebooks.org.

Do you deliver to locations outside India?

Yes. Currently we charge Rs.500 as shipping charges outside India.

We interface payment using PayPal’s payment solution. As PayPal accepts only payment in USD the final value of your shopping would be converted to appropriate USD based on PayPal conversion rates.

If you dont have PayPal account, PayPal has the facility to accept all credit cards type payments.
